Providing personal information is not a prerequisite for accessing the JeffryTan.com website. It is however necessary when placing an order online, registering to receive information or providing feedback. In these cases you will see that some of the information you are asked to provide is mandatory (without which you will not be able to complete the process) and some is voluntary. Apart from the information you personally provide to us we may collect navigational information when you browse the JeffryTan.com site. This is general information like your domain type, IP service provider, browser type and IP address and is presented in the form of overall average use on a daily basis and does not contain personal information about you. Can I order from any country?
Of course! Jeffry Tan ships on a daily basis to customers worldwide using express couriers DHL, FEDEX or TNT (depends of quality and speediness of service to`concerned destination) . Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt providing all details have been provided and payment has been approved. Under normal circumstances, an email is then sent to you confirming that your order has been processed and has left our premises for delivery.
Is this express delivery cost of 25 $ the same if I order 1 pcs or 10 pcs ?
Yes, we charge only a one-off fee of 25 $ per destination, whatever the quantity. If you order 1 pcs, you'll pay 25 $ for the delivery, and if you buy 10 pcs, you will still pay only 25 $ for the delivery ! And to keep things simple, this cost is also the same for all countries, all destinations worldwide (except orders in Indonesia, they are totaly FREE for DELIVERY ). Attention: This Pricing is not valid for Wholesale Orders - For Delivery Costs, please check under the wholesale section or email us marketing@jeffrytan.com.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on the method of shipping requested and the country of destination. Typically delivery is between 1-8 days. On rare occasions the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure, these delays can be 2-4 weeks for UK and US, and 4-6 weeks for continental Europe except for Belgium and the Netherlands which can be up to 8 weeks on very rare occasions.
What happens if a product that I ordered is not in stock anymore (sold out) ?
You will receive within 24 hrs an email from us saying that this special product you ordered is sold out in the size you ordered / or in the print/colour you requested. 3 solutions then : First, you give us additional 7 days so we can produce it or either you replace this reference sold out by another one, or you cancel your order for this particular product, and we will credit you back.
What happens if I want to exchange an item/s purchased?
As long as the item/s is in original condition, simply email or fax us with your invoice number and your requirements and send the original item/s back to us by post within 10 days of receipt of delivery. Alternatively send the item/s back to us by post and include a note with the invoice number and your requirements. We will cover the cost of shipping on the first exchange to you however subsequent exchanges will incur additional postage charges. You will be charged for any additional items sent if you fail to return the original items back to us by the specified time period. When sending goods back to us simply post to: PT. What if I don't like what I ordered?
No problem. If this occurs we will gladly refund the cost of the purchase once the products have been returned to us and provided the items are returned in original condition and within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.
Will I be charged duties and taxes on receipt of goods ?
It is important to note that import taxes and charges are NOT included in the price of your order. The majority of shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties however occasionally the destination country's customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge these duties and taxes. This charge varies from country to country and will not be covered by Jeffry Tan.
Can I buy Jeffry Tan products in a store?
We have a number of stockists around the world where you can buy our products. But sometime there might be no stockist close to where you live, and then you may find easier to shop through our website where you can view our whole range. We ship daily to all locations and have a flexible exchanges and returns policy should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase. How safe is ordering via the Internet?
At Jeffry Tan we have the latest security encryption keys . To further protect Jeffry Tan customers, personal details are not kept on our servers. All orders and customer information is stored separately. All orders are processed manually to ensure added protection and security against any potential fraudulent activity. Access to our local site is via one-time only passwords that cannot be sourced via our servers.
Does anyone have access to my personal information?
The only time personal details are provided to a 3rd party is when we believe a consumer is actively using the credit card for fraudulent purposes. These details are supplied to the necessary authorities. The consumers IP address is also recorded plus their signature ID from the server account used to place the order. Can I pay by any method other than PayPal?
Payment can be made through PAYPAL. PAYPAL includes the possibilities of different payment methods, like CreditCard or Banktransfer and so on. But we also offer you, to do a direct Moneytransfer to our Bankaccount. This procedure is also very easy, just send us an email with the Name and Size of the product you want to purchase and your address, you want it to be delivered to and you will recieve an email with our Invoice and our Bank details. Transfer the Amount shown in the Invoice to our Bankaccount, with the Invoice Number, Date of the Invoice and Product Name. After we recieved your payment, your purchased clothes will leave our factory within 24 h.
ATTENTION: To pay via PAYPAL without PAYPAL Account is not possible in all Countries. In this case, please contact us for Moneytransfer details or create a PAYPAL Account, it´s easy, it´s safe and its free of charge.
